DirectRx offers point-of-care medication and dispensing programs for virtually every type of licensed healthcare provider.
As part of our dispensing program, we prepackage, label, and distribute dispense-ready medications directly to the practice/clinic. DirectRx provides the highest quality, FDA approved prepackaged medications in “unit-of-use” quantities as requested by the physician. We repackage all of our pharmaceuticals in our DEA and FDA approved facility. Every product distributed by DirectRx, including repackaging pharmaceutical products, follows an 20-step quality control process to ensure quality, purity, safety, and traceability. We have multiple production rooms with the ability to package all legend drugs and controlled substances, brand and generic: Schedules 2, 3, 3N, 4 and 5, as well as OTCs.

OUR PREPACKAGING CAPABILITIES:
- Automated production line capable of manufacturing over 2,000 bottles per hour.
- Each container closure system meets or exceeds US Pharmacopoeia Standards.
- Each bottle and cap is composed of high-density polyethylene white plastic.
- Tamper-evident foil safety liners that are hermetically sealed by heat induction.
- All bottles and caps are child-resistant.
PRIVATE LABELING:

DirectRx can develop private labels for repackaging pharmaceutical products.Current design can be duplicated, or new art work can be developed to give labels a new appearance.
PRODUCT RECOGNITION:
All private labels require registration with the FDA for issuance of a National Drug Code (NDC) number. The number allows advertising a product along with average wholesale prices in major publications as Red Book, First Data Bank and Medi-Span.
